SWI Tour 2024 a great success

A huge thank you to everyone who made the SWI 2024 Tour a huge success
Members and non-members explored the picturesque landscapes of the Peak District and immersed themselves in its rich history and culture, visiting Chatsworth House, the National Memorial Arboretum and the Heights of Abraham along the way.
The ladies were asked what their favourite part of the trip was, and their responses embody everything the SWI is about:
  • "The togetherness of the whole trip was a highlight for me; meeting new people; visits. Value for money."
  • "The company!! Visiting new places and a huge thank you to Anne Howat for taking care of us all and ensuring we had a blast."
  • "Everything about the trip was excellent."
  • "The company of women was so friendly and welcoming. It was incredibly well organised, with a special shout-out to Anne Howat for her care and attention."
  • "The visits were fascinating, and it was an absolute blast!"
  • "I enjoyed meeting up with women from all over the country and loved every minute of the trips."
  • "Friendship and a relaxed atmosphere — what more could you ask for?
Many thanks to SWI Skills and Events Convenor Anne Howat, Janice Dagg, and Ann McGhee for helping out throughout this trip.
Roll on next year – where shall we go?
