SWI Members' Toolkit

We all know the SWI holds a special place at the heart of Scotland's communities, so let's shout about it!

As many groups and Institutes get back together this September we have created a membership drive campaign to help you promote your activities in your local area. This free-to-use promo material can be downloaded and shared as many times as you like – you're in control.

Please use all or any asset in your community and across social media from now until March 2025, so we really showcase what a wonderful resource the SWI is for Scotland's women! We will evaluate the campaign iat the end of its run and use learnings for the next membership drive.

How to use the tools

All of the shareable print-ready files and social media assets are listed below - just choose which ones you want to use and follow the simple steps in the SWI Members' Toolkit (left) to follow the tried and tested instructions. It's simple,

 

 

Step 1 Download this Members' Toolkit users guide

This will guide you through getting the campaign online and printing posters and leaflets.

 

Step 2 Promote at supermarkets, libraries and busy shops

These A4 posters are print-ready and can be ordered and delivered in a couple of clicks. Alternatively, you can choose the print-friendly options using minimal ink to print at home.

Step 3 Promote at shows, events and around the area

We recommend this option for Institutes. The print-ready files can be sent to an online printer (we have set up a link to Solopress) or taken to your local printer. Prices for 100 leaflets start at £22.50 at Solopress. The A5 leaflets are double-sided and you can choose from three print-ready leaflet options...

 

      

 

Step 4 Promote on your social media accounts

These are all free and easy to use.Try a different one each week if you like.
