The Scottish Handcrafts Championships are back, and entries are now open for this year’s competition, set to take place at the Royal Highland Show from June 19–22, 2025. Organised by the Scottish Women’s Institutes (SWI), the event celebrates traditional crafting skills and invites entries from around the world.
This year’s theme is “Life is a Celebration”, encouraging crafters to showcase their creativity and craftsmanship across a wide range of categories. Whether you're an experienced artisan or a passionate hobbyist, this is your chance to shine on a national stage.
The deadline for entries is May 12th, and the entry fee is £3.50 per exhibit. Judging takes place at the iconic Royal Highland Centre in Edinburgh.
