RHS - Scottish Handcrafts Winners 2023

Overall winner Lou Washington with Irene Warnock, President of Blairingone SWI.

Each year the SWI works in partnership with The Royal Highland Show to host the Scottish Handcrafts Championships. The SWI members volunteer as stewards and as judges.  This year we were delighted to welcome Irene Warnock, an SWI member and President of Blairingone SWI, to present the prizes.

As the wife of Jim Warnock, the Chairman of the RHASS, Irene had a busy schedule at the show and was especially pleased to be presenting the Championship Masterclass Prize for Best Overall Exhibit and the BRCS Perpetual Challenge Quaich for Best Overall Exhibit to fellow SWI member Lou Washington of Coldstream SWI. Lou also won the prize for Best Exhibit in Felt.
