We are delighted to invite SWI Federations to enter the National Baking Competition (Mary Aitken Trophy).
The Mary Aitken Trophy is a national preserves competition celebrating the time-honoured skills of crafting homemade jams and preserves. This year’s entry is a jar of marmalade, showcasing clarity, colour, and depth of flavour.
All entries will be judged and exhibited at the Members’ Gathering (formerly the National Conference) at the Apex Hotel, Dundee, on 11th & 12th September 2026.
