To complement all the national SWI events, workshops and classes on offer, each region in Scotland has its own local SWI organising team, known as a Federation, to look after the groups in its area. They offer women across the region opportunities to meet neighbouring members for day trips, outings and events, take part in regional shows, and enter fun competitions.
Banffshire Federation, covering the historic county stretching from Banff to Buckie and inland past Dufftown, are a super friendly and community-spirited bunch. With a monthly craft group and a penchant for getting involved with community initiatives, they welcome women from all across the area to join them in having fun, building friendships, and learning new skills.
