The SWI in Ross-shire & Sutherland
To complement all the national SWI events, workshops and classes on offer, each region in Scotland has its own local SWI organising team, known as a Federation, to look after the groups in its area. They offer women across the region opportunities to meet neighbouring members for day trips, outings and events, take part in regional shows, and enter fun competitions.
Ross-shire & Sutherland Federation covers the two historic counties in the Highlands and covers everything from the city of Inverness in the south to the village of Golspie in the north. A busy and bustling community, they have loads on offer at their annual show and are well-kent locally for being the backbones of their communities. They also run a popular SWI Junior Dippers group to inspire the next generation!
