Trip sightseeing highlights

Chatsworth House, Derbyshire Dales
This stunning house has been home to 16 generations of the Dukes of Devonshire.
It has more than 30 rooms to explore: the magnificent Painted Hall, chapel, regal state rooms and sculpture gallery. Chatsworth also houses the Devonshire Collections, one of Europe's most significant art collections, which features Old Masters, contemporary ceramics, and artefacts from Ancient Egypt.
The stately home has been the location for many film and TV adaptations including Peaky Blinders and Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice.

Heights of Abraham
This country park and caverns is set in 60 acres of woodland and reached by cable car over deep limestone gorge in the Peak District. You’ll find cavern tours, walking trails, fossil exhibitions and a café, plus views for days.

Buxton
Buxton is a spa town in the Borough of High Peak, Derbyshire, on the edge of the Peak District National Park. It’s packed with boutiques, public gardens, heritage, and antique shops and is England's highest market town at 1,000 feet above sea level.

Bakewell
Thinly disguised as 'Lambton' in Jane Austen's literary classic Pride and Prejudice, Bakewell is the ideal place for an interesting town walk. Take a stroll through the town and discover scenic buildings, charming courtyards, and pretty streets, or feed the ducks during a riverside stroll along the River Wye.

National Memorial Arboretum
The arboretum is a living tribute which contains more than 25,000 trees and 400 memorials. It welcomes more than 300,000 visitors to site each year, including over 20,000 young people for formal and informal learning visits. Visitors can enjoy riverside walks, guided walks, land train tours, memorial talks, exhibitions, and buggy tours.
