We are delighted to invite SWI Federations to enter the National Baking Competition (Anne Wallace Sugar Sifter).
The Anne Wallace Sugar Sifter Trophy is the SWI’s national baking competition celebrating Scotland’s rich culinary heritage and the skill of our home bakers. This year’s entry is a traditional Dundee cake, showcasing craftsmanship, flavour, and attention to detail.
All entries will be judged and exhibited at the Members’ Gathering (formerly the National Conference) at the Apex Hotel, Dundee, on 11th & 12th September 2026.
