Now hiring for: Membership Support Lead
We’re looking for a Membership Support Lead to help grow and strengthen the Scottish Women’s Institutes across Scotland.
In this role, you’ll work closely with local Institutes, Federations and the national staff team to attract new members, support existing ones and help ensure every member feels welcomed, and valued. By developing recruitment initiatives to supporting local groups and strengthening member engagement, you’ll play a key role in helping the SWI thrive.
