About Jen

“I’m Jen Wilson, a movement and bodywork practitioner based in Springburn, Glasgow and online. I’ve been teaching since 2009 and amongst many other qualifications (including Pilates, Massage, Yoga), I also hold a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science, specialising in how posture and fascia (your body’s connective tissue) affect your overall health.

I work primarily with women who are dealing with chronic pain, health conditions, or bodies that just don’t move the way they used to. I live with Crohn’s disease and endometriosis myself, so I understand what it’s like when your body needs a different approach.

I will give you is practical, evidence-based information about how your posture is potentially affecting your health, and simple exercises you can actually use.”
