This year, we asked members to share their honest thoughts through the Membership Experience Survey, and you responded in the thousands. Your feedback covered everything from how things run day to day, to what you want to see from SWI at a national level, and it’s already shaping decisions across the organisation.

To make sure that impact is visible, we’re introducing a new “You Said, We Did” icon. Keep an eye out for it across future posts, newsletters, and updates — it’s how we’ll be highlighting the changes we make as a direct result of your feedback in this year’s survey. Whenever you spot it, you’ll know exactly what prompted the change and how your voice helped bring it about.

This is just the start. As we work through the survey findings over the coming months, we’ll be sharing more updates using this icon, so you can see, clearly and directly, how your feedback is translating into action.
