Join SWI member Helen Williamson for a baking workshop as she shows teaches you the skills to create the perfect sweet & savoury scones.

Discover the secrets to baking the perfect scone at this hands-on SWI Skillshare workshop!

Whether you’re a complete beginner or a confident home baker looking to perfect your technique, this one-day masterclass will guide you through creating delicious plain, fruit, and cheese scones, alongside a batch of homemade raspberry jam. Enjoy a live demonstration before baking along step by step with expert guidance, picking up tips and tricks that you can recreate at home.

The venue is easy to reach by both public transport and car.

By train: Kirkcaldy Railway Station is a short walk from the venue, making it very convenient for those travelling by rail.

By car: Free parking is available nearby, including:

  • Kirkcaldy Railway Station Car Park (3–5 mins walk, free)
  • Beveridge Park Car Park (10–15 mins walk, free)
  • Pathhead Car Park (20–25 mins walk, free)

Please note: The New Volunteer House car park next door to the venue is private patron parking only, and you may be fined if you park here. There are two bays outside Greener Kirkcaldy for accessible parking only.
