Vaughan Nash – National Handcraft Competition 2026
The Vaughan Nash competition will be exhibited at the new Members’ Gathering (formerly the National Conference) in the Apex Hotel, Dundee on the 11th & 12th of September 2026.
The Vaughan Nash is a national handcraft competition. It celebrates creativity, skill, and presentation in both traditional and modern crafts. Each entry must include five handmade items, displayed together as one exhibit. The items should demonstrate a variety of craft techniques and be arranged to look good as one exhibit and be themed on ‘Festivals’.
We’d like to invite non-attendees to join us for exclusive access to the Vaughan Nash Exhibition, during a dedicated two-hour window at the Members’ Gathering on Saturday 12th September, 11:30am – 1:30pm. Click below to RSVP, entry will be charged as £10 (cash or card) on the day.
Entries can be dropped off between 6pm – 8pm on Thursday 10 September or between 8am – 9am on Friday 11 September
