The SWI in Argyll
To complement all the national SWI events, workshops and classes on offer, each region in Scotland has its own local SWI organising team, known as a Federation, to look after the groups in its area. They offer women across the region opportunities to meet neighbouring members for day trips, outings and events, take part in regional shows, and enter fun competitions.
The Argyll Federation covers the west of Scotland, stretching from Loch Linnhe to the Mull of Kintyre and including the resort town of Oban. It has a proud tradition of connecting women in some of the most rural places in Scotland to opportunities for fun, friendship and learning in their own communities and further afield.
