SWI Health & Wellbeing: Prevent, Spot & Heal from Burnout

Online Workshop with Martyna Jablonska

Join Martyna Jablonska, founder of the Academy of Confidence, for a powerful and practical 60-minute online workshop designed to help women better understand burnout, recognise early warning signs, and begin building sustainable recovery habits.

This is an intimate, small-group workshop with just 12 spaces available, designed for women who want a more personal, supportive experience. The small group size allows for meaningful one-to-one interaction, guided reflection, and the opportunity to feel heard and supported throughout the session.

About Martyna
Martyna Jablonska is an ICF Accredited Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and founder of the Academy of Confidence, an Edinburgh-based coaching practice supporting women across Scotland and the UK.

With over 15 years’ experience in property operations, leadership, and stakeholder management, Martyna brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work. Following her own experience of burnout, she now helps individuals and organisations build confidence as a practical, learnable skill.

Her coaching combines evidence-based methods with warmth, honesty, and a strong focus on sustainable change.

What You’ll Learn
By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Understand the three stages of burnout and how it differs from everyday stress
  • Identify their own early warning signs through a guided personal audit
  • Explore what genuinely drains and restores their energy
  • Create a simple, personalised 3-line Restore Plan to take away and implement immediately
