The SWI in Stewartry of Kirkcudbright
To complement all the national SWI events, workshops and classes on offer, each region in Scotland has its own local SWI organising team, known as a Federation, to look after the groups in its area. They offer women across the region opportunities to meet neighbouring members for day trips, outings and events, take part in regional shows, and enter fun competitions.
Stewartry Federation covers the historic county in what is now Dumfries and Galloway council region. Members enjoy a whole range of crafts, workshops and a busy social calendar that culminates in their impressive annual show.
